Start with what your audience already asks you

The best-performing launches we've seen didn't start with a big content push. They started with a shortlist: the twenty-five recommendations your team already repeats over email, WhatsApp and reception. Write them down, translate them into your app, and ship.

1. Pick a small, honest scope

Pick one city, one route, one hotel property, or one theme. A tight scope means faster launches, cleaner data, and reviews that feel personal instead of generic.

2. Draft the tips before you touch design

Every launch we've delayed was delayed by content, not design. Get the words right first. Aim for 25 tips at launch, with a plan to add 5 per month.

3. Line up two testimonials before you announce

Ask two friendly early users to try the app for a week and share a short quote. Their words carry more weight in your launch post than any feature list.
